Why Use Valve Spacers?

Eliminate Disc Interference. Many high-performance valves have discs that swing out past the valve body. Without a spacer, the disc hits the face of the PE stub flange, preventing the valve from opening or damaging the sealing face.

Protect System Integrity. By providing an enlarged working zone, our spacers ensure the valve moves freely while maintaining the full pressure rating and seal integrity of the pipeline.

Corrosion Resistance. Manufactured from high-quality PE100 resin, these spacers are 100% corrosion-resistant and offer excellent abrasion resistance, matching the durability of your poly pipe system.

We have engineered our spacers to cover a vast matrix of valve and flange combinations. We stock PN10 and PN16 valve spacers in sizes from 2in / 50mm NB up to 24in / 600mm NB. Need something bigger or tougher? We can machine spacers from billets to order for high-pressure PN20 and PN25 ratings, large-diameter sizes exceeding 600mm. Available in custom polymers or special steels upon request. Designed to work seamlessly with standard PE100 Stub Flanges and backing rings.
