Quality Assurance is an important requirement in today’s strict standards of business accountability for product quality. One such requirement of the Quality Assurance process is recording the manufacturer’s batch number of every part supplied. At Advanced Piping Systems, we stand by our product quality guarantee and recognise the importance of tracing back to the batch that each part came from. We record batch numbers using traceability barcodes to provide a material Data Record of how the item was made and the raw materials it was manufactured from.

With this system, we can match up the manufacturer’s compliance record of any pipe or fitting supplied. These can include certificates of compliance, inspection, or testing that support Advanced Piping’s quality guarantee. Refer to our Certification located here.
