We call it “the mini” as it’s a small compact performer just like the Mini-Cooper S, which was also engineered and manufactured in the United Kingdom. The Mini 315 controller comes suspended in a heavy-duty injection moulded easy to carry case. The welder has an automatic thermos cooling fan so it can be used for longer periods in hotter environments up to 50°C. With the upgraded range of 16mm - 500mm. By using the barcode scanner this welder will automatically select the welding time and correct fusion voltage for any known brand within its range. This is the perfect machine for plumbers, utility, and maintenance crews. - [Super Duty High Power Electrofusion Machine](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/super-duty-high-power-electrofusion-machine/): The need for a high-power fusion welder that can handle continuous EF welding hour-after-hour even in extreme conditions is definitely out there! Therefore, we have added the Super Duty Machine to the available fleet. With the ability to weld in temperatures from Minus 15°C to over 50°C, along with its giant 3.5 metres in diameter EF socket capacity, this high-powered 7500w machine’s weight has been minimised and comes in at just 42kg. The size and weight is very manageable, especially with the 4 metre long welding leads. Safety is a very big feature of all our EF machines and our largest machine comes with its own built-in twin circuit breakers, one electrical safety, and has CE approval, which all of our machines are built for. The Controller has large assisted cooling fans so the capacity is maintained under load and higher temperatures. Welding of EF fittings can be programmed manually or via the Bluetooth barcode scanner, and can weld any known Electrofusion fitting inside the voltage range of 8 to 48 volts. The data of each weld is stored in the machine’s memory, which has data capacity to store 2000 welds. This may just be the machine for your crew and project. Many opt to have at least one of these welders in their fleet to cover them for the unexpected. - [PE100 Female BSP Threaded Adaptors](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/pe100-female-bsp-threaded-adaptors/): At Advanced Piping Systems, we provide 10 standard sizes of PE100 Female BSP Threaded Adaptors, ranging from 20mm x 1/2” BSP to 125mm x 4” BSP. Engineered to sit between the stub flange and the valve body, these spacers provide the critical clearance needed for valve discs or flaps to open fully without fouling against the pipe or flange face. This is a critical component when flanging to wafer and lugged butterfly valves or wafer check valves, where the rotating disc extends beyond the valve body. - [90 Degree Elbow](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/90-degree-elbow/): Long Spigot Elbows are the tightest & sharpest dimensional PE100 bends available. These would also be the most commonly 90-degree fitting supplied. Quality injection moulding ensures a full pressure rating. Long spigots provide flexibility for fusion welding and various pipe and other fittings joining options. Butt Fusion Welding or Electrofusion Couplers & Sockets can weld the Elongated spigots or long tails. 90-degree elbows are ideal for clean, pressurized fluids and gases. The 90° HDPE hard and sharp elbow is likely best suited dimensionally for your pipework. However, using them in the wrong applications may cause blockage and increased wear. For transporting abrasive media and solids, or for flat, no-grade gravity, and low-pressure pipelines, we recommend using quality smooth sweeping bends, elongated short radius bends, or multi bends. These options are the most suitable and fail-safe in such environments. Advanced Piping stocks 90° SDR11 elbows in sizes 20mm to 355mm and high-pressure 90° PN25 SDR7.4 elbows in sizes 32mm to 355mm. Larger 90deg elbows are available up to 630mm - [45 Degree Elbow](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/45-degree-elbow/): Full Pressure Rating: Unlike fabricated or segmented bends, our 45-degree elbows are fully injection-moulded. This manufacturing process guarantees the fitting maintains its full pressure rating across the entire curve, with no weak points. - [90 Degree Multi Bend](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/90-degree-multi-bend/): Also known as elongated bends or long spigot short-radius bends, they have become the industry standard for versatile applications. These innovative fittings deliver exceptional performance, reliability, and durability, making them valuable to any piping system. - [Moulded Equal Tees](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/moulded-equal-tees/): Equal tee means the tee has the same diameter & length of spigot (from Centre) on all 3 legs. - [Moulded Reducing Tees](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/moulded-reducing-tees/): Advanced Piping Systems’ range of injection moulded reducing tees are available in SDR11 from 90/50mm – 315/160mm and in SDR11 and 160/110mm - 315/160mm. - [45 Degree Moulded Junctions](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/45-degree-moulded-junctions/): Junctions or 45-degree tees are a brilliant new addition to our range. Previously the only junctions available where fabricated from pipe, which required deration of more than 50%. - [Concentric Reducers](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/concentric-reducers/): In a concentric reducer, the reduction is symmetrically central, and tapers evenly to the next size. buttweld concentric reducers are used to join pipe and fittings of different diameters to smaller pipe and fittings on the same common line axis, acting as hydraulic flow limiters. They provide an in-line conical transition between pressurised or non-pressurised pipe of different diameters. Our short spigot reducers have been designed with performance in mind, as well as enough spigot length to be clamped in the buttwelding machine flat clamps. They are also short enough to be used in a fast-end fittings chuck. Concentric reducers are the most utilised reduction in piping by ten to one. In isometrics and process piping designs this reducer fitting is also referred to as an enlarger, or expander, which means the flow direction will be reversed and come from the reduced side. This is commonly seen in pump discharges and process piping as it reduces back pressure, increases the flow and decreases the friction loss, especially over long pipe runs. Concentric reducers are generally considered best for purpose on vertical piping, unless obstacles or bracketry requirements need to be considered, and an eccentric reducer may be better suited. See the eccentric reducers section also available in long and short spigot. We can machine any reduction to your exact requirements and pressure rating when outside of our large concentric reducer range, which is available standardly in SDR7.4 PN25 from 25mm – 500mm, SDR11 PN16 20mm – 710mm and SDR17 PN10 63 – 1200mm. - [Long Spigot Eccentric Reducers](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/long-spigot-eccentric-reducers/): Long spigot eccentric reducers, or elongated eccentric reducers, are an extremally useful way of gaining height or fall within the original pipe diameter. - [Barrel Unions](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/barrel-unions/): When your piping system requires frequent access for servicing, cleaning, or modification, a PE100 barrel union is the ideal engineered solution. Also known as three-piece unions, these fittings allow rapid disassembly and reassembly of pipework sections without the need for cutting or re-welding. - [Long Spigot End Caps](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/long-spigot-end-caps/): Advanced Piping Systems manufactures large diameter short end caps. - [Universal Adaption Joints](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/universal-adaption-joints/): The Advanced Piping Systems universal adaption joints are rated to PN16 and all come with SDR11 long spigots for buttwelding or electrofusion welding, in sizes 90mm with 84-108mm and adaption range to 400mm with 354-384mm. - [PE to Steel Transition Risers](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/pe-to-steel-transition-risers/): Steel to PE Transition adaptors allow for a smooth transition from poly piping to carbon & stainless whether it be schedule rated pipe, line pipe or Galv steel roll groove fire piping. Advanced Piping manufactures these transitions from 20mm – 630mm & pressure class rated to SDR17 PN10, SDR13.6 PN12.5, SDR11 PN16 & SDR9 PN20. - [PE to Galv Rolled Grooved Transition Risers](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/pe-to-galv-rolled-grooved-transition-risers/): Polyethylene-to-steel joints are many times stronger than the PE pipes they attach to. - [PE100 Ball Valves](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/pe100-ball-valves/): PE100 ball valves are engineered for total system compatibility, moulded from the same high-grade PE100 resin as your pipe and fittings. This ensures a completely monolithic, corrosion-resistant system that outperforms traditional cast iron valves in longevity and reliability. - [Full Face Flange](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/full-face-flange/): Secure your critical pipe connections with Full Face Flanges. Designed to cover the entire flange face, including bolt holes, these flanges are the industry standard for creating robust, flat-faced connections between Poly Pipe and other materials, such as valves, pumps, or steel pipework. Undrilled option also available. - [Stub Flanges](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/stub-flanges/): Designed for pipelines that require a demountable joint, Stub Flanges allow for future disassembly, maintenance, or system upgrades. These fittings deliver a secure and effective solution, whether you’re joining pipes to valves, vessels, or different materials. - [Butt Weld Valve Spacers](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/valve-spacers-bw/): Ensure full system functionality with butt weld Valve Spacers. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant PE100 resin, these spacers are a critical safeguard when flanging to wafer and lugged butterfly valves or wafer check valves. - [Short Radius Bends 90 Degree](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/short-radius-bends-90-degree/): Short radius bends 90 SDR11 are the trimmest and most high-performance fully injection moulded bends available. - [Buttweld Reducers](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/buttweld-reducers/): The design of buttweld reducers enhances their usability across various piping systems. With a carefully engineered spigot length, these reducers can be clamped securely in buttwelding machines using flat clamps, ensuring a strong and reliable weld. Additionally, they are compact enough to be utilized in fast-end fitting chucks, making them a versatile solution for projects that require precision and efficiency. Concentric reducers are significantly more widely used in piping systems than eccentric reducers due to their superior performance in standard applications. - [Eccentric Reducers](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/eccentric-reducers/): Short spigot or buttweld eccentric reducers, SDR11 are an extremally useful way of gaining height or fall within the original pipe diameter. Reducing on a level plain be it on the top or bottom of the pipe. In horizontal intakes or pump suction piping, it is best to install the reduction level with the top, this prevents airlocks building up in the pipeline and getting trapped in the pump’s impeller. Air trapped in a pipe or pump is very detrimental and can end up totally blocking the pump, making it cavitate and overheat. It is generally considered best practise to use concentric reducers on the vertical delivery side of the pump. In pipe galleries, or pipe racks, eccentric reducers are used to keep the pipe on the same level, whatever the size. It is far easier to bracket the pipes directly to the pipe rack or cable tray without having to use spacers to make up the gap. Advanced Piping also has a full range of pipe clips and brackets for this. Eccentric reducers can be used both as an SDR11 or 17 expander or reducer, and with our enormous (almost endless) size combinations Advanced Piping can machine an eccentric to your exact size and pressure rating required from 63mm to 1600mm in PN6.3 SDR26, to PN25 SDR7.4. Call us on 1300 362 229 to tell us all about your project. - [Step Reducers](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/step-reducers/): The Advanced Piping Systems PE100 stepped concentric reducers, also known as wedding cake reducers, give you four reduction options in one simple fitting. - [Buttweld Shouldered Ends](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/buttweld-shouldered-ends/): We understand that on-site flexibility is critical. That is why our buttweld shouldered ends are precision-engineered to perfectly suit the industry's most common two-bolt clamps, including: - [Galvanised Shouldered Couplings](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/galvanised-shouldered-couplings/): Advanced Piping shouldered clamps are manufactured from quality cast iron, then hot dip galvanised to provide longevity in their typical environment, which includes being dragged around a coal long wall, gold decline, or a dewatering bore on an open cut mine. The couplings final dimensions are very critical to connecting and sealing the two shouldered ends. For this reason, the Advanced Piping shouldered couplings are wax cast, which gives near-perfect dimensional tolerance. Wax cast couplings are far superior to sand cast or pressed metal couplings. Each coupling comes with an active Buna Nitrile (NBR) seal, which is an active seal designed to tighten as the pressure increases. NBR is suitable for potable water, has excellent resistance to fuel and oils, and has a working temperature range of -35°C to + 120°C. The couplings can be recycled many times so the seals/gaskets are available as a spare if required. The 50-355mm couplings have two plated bolts, and larger sizes from 400-630mm have 4 bolts. - [Galvanised Quick Release Shouldered Couplings](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/quick-release-shouldered-couplings/): Our galvanised quick release shouldered couplings are built for fast and reliable pipe connections. They offer all the benefits of traditional bolted shouldered couplings, but with much quicker assembly and disassembly. This saves time and reduces labour costs on-site. - [Buttweld End Caps](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/buttweld-end-caps/) - [Pontoon Caps](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/pontoon-caps/): Pontoon end caps are specifically for non-pressure applications, and as the name suggests, can be welded to pipe on floats, boys and pontoons. These are used to create floating docks and even house boats. The Advanced Piping pontoon caps are often seen on dams as pump suction floats, which keep the foot valves floating and free from mud. Advanced Piping can also manufacture these floats, fabricating them completely to your unique specifications and load requirements. HDPE pontoon caps are available in sizes 110 to 800mm. - [SDR Transition Adaptor](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/sdr-transition-adaptor/): When joining pipes with different wall thicknesses (SDRs), using the correct transition fitting is essential for a strong and durable weld. Without the right connection, mismatched SDRs can cause notching—a stress concentration that weakens the fusion joint and may result in leaks or even catastrophic failure in service. - [Hybrid Tees](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/hybrid-tees/): Advanced Piping Systems range of hybrid machined tees now offers the flexibility and versatility required to complete even the most complex of projects. The ability to have PE fittings up to 1600mm fully rated, customised and made-to-order has our custom range of equal and reducing hybrid tees reaching new heights. They obtain the previously impossible. - [Galvanised Table D](https://advancedpiping.com.au/products/galvanised-table-d/): The Galvanised Steel Backing Flange, also known as a Backing Ring | Table D is a powerful ally in high-pressure pipe applications, providing a secure connection between two pipe ends with the strength of bolts. These versatile flanges, also known as back up rings, firmly anchor the pipeline to valves or fittings, ensuring the integrity of your system under intense pressure.
