Fabrication isn't always perfect, and slight misalignments are common on-site. Our Full Face Flange provides the necessary flexibility to manoeuvre the pipe without creating dangerous tension. This "forgiving" design helps correct fabrication offsets, making it a favourite for on-site installers who need ease of use and reliability.
This product covers the full face to maximise contact surface and joint stability. Ideal for connecting to Stub Flanges or mating with flat-faced valves. Compatible with standard bolt patterns (Table D, Table E, and ANSI available). Simplifies bolt tightening and alignment, reducing installation time.
For a leak-free system, creating the correct seal is vital. While the flange provides the pressure, we recommend using Fibre Gaskets for additional flexibility or seal between uneven surfaces.
