The Advanced Piping Systems’ 630 Heavy Duty Fusion Welder has capacity to weld large couplers and comes with the durability needed for a life on the back of a light vehicle tray top. All electronic equipment is sensitive to shock, so for longevity we have suspended the EF welder inside a robust stainless-steel frame with shock absorbing rubber mounts. The frame also has cable winding locators to facilitate easy and safe cable storage around the frame, which is a real plus for transportation. The cables are ultra-duty with military grade plugs. The strong stainless frame gives you secure tie-down points to your light vehicle or elevated platform. The control panel has a plate stainless hinged protection flap over the screen and electronic digital display panel on the welder protecting it from grime and UV. The control panel has a user-friendly big push button keypad, perfect for when you’re wearing gloves. The fusion controller also has a cordless Bluetooth barcode scanner that automatically programs the welders time and voltage required to weld any fitting from 8 – 48 Volts.
