Advanced Piping Systems manufactures large-diameter short PE100 pipe end caps engineered for an equivalent pressure rating to pipe class. Because each cap's design is critical, it's made thicker than the matching pipe wall thickness and over-engineered to handle water hammer, temperature variance and pressure spikes — so the line end performs as reliably as the pipe itself.

PE100 pipe end caps can be used for far more than capping off a line. Fitted on top of an inverted reducing or equal tee, an end cap creates an air trap that removes the small bubbles that form and reduces pipeline performance. We manufacture these air traps with a threaded 1" or 2" port with a ball valve and a dual-acting air release valve. Or with a 3" or 4" flanged air release valve for larger-diameter pipelines.

We also offer end caps with threaded sockets for filling and draining your pipeline, making testing and servicing easy.
